03 Account Security & Management

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

• If you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach, notify the support team immediately.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Always log out after using a public computer or device.
• Funds in your account are not transferable or redeemable for cash — only the registered member may use them.

If vv77 notices any suspicious activity, it reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account pending investigation. In such cases, the member may be asked to verify their identity by submitting the required documents.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds into vv77:

• Nagad — the postal department's digital payment platform
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service

4.2 Withdrawals

The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Withdrawal processing time: typically completed within 5–30 minutes

• It is recommended that the deposit source and withdrawal method be the same

4.3 Transaction Liability

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 200% bonus is offered on your first deposit at vv77, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• ৳1,000 deposit → bonus ৳2,000 → total balance ৳3,000
• ৳6,000 deposit → bonus ৳5,000 → total balance ৳11,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (the deposit amount is not added).

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.0%

08 Responsible Gaming

Upon termination, funds linked to confirmed fraud will be forfeited. Funds not connected to any violation are generally returned, though this may take time until the investigation is concluded.

These Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between the member and vv77. Any prior oral or written understandings will be considered in light of these Terms and Conditions.

14.4 Language

The Bengali version of these Terms and Conditions shall be considered the original document. In the event of any conflict between a translation and the Bengali version, the Bengali version shall prevail.
